Seniors Being Hungry is a Nationwide Epidemic
Nearly one in every six seniors in America faces the threat of hunger and not being properly nourished. With a total population of approximately 330 million people, roughly 12% are food insecure. They do not have reliable, steady access to food. The issue is so severe that the AARP reports that seniors face a healthcare bill of more than $130 billion every year due to medical issues stemming from senior hunger.

There are many ways you can donate your time. As a driver, your responsibility would be to pick up the meals and deliver them directly to the subscriber. You may choose a packer, which readies the meal into the containers and bags.
